Swift as a colt past a crack in the wall, but this shouldn't startle your spirit.

sugu). It is a common simile used to describe the swift passage of time.

* 宮原易安（ ～明治１８年） 漢学者（書家）名は龍。字は士渕。易安はその号、このほか潜叟、節庵の号がある。通称宮原謙蔵、備後尾の道の人。京に上り頼山陽に師事した。尚書を以て知られている。明治十八年十月六日没。大徳寺塔頭黄梅院に葬る。著書に節庵遺稿がある。（嘉永五
